Back Workout

I got cardio and abs to train today, but I'm also training back. Here's what my back workout looks like. 

Dumbbell Deadlifts

The first exercise on the cards are dumbbell deadlifts. I'll either do three straight sets or three drop sets.

Seated Machine Rows

This is the second exercise I'll do. I'll stick with light weight and I'll do three drop sets. 

Machine High Rows

There's a high-row machine at the gym and that's the third exercise I'll be doing. Once again, three drop sets with light weight. 

Incline Dumbbell Rows

Sometimes I do this as my first or second exercise for back, but today it's fourth on the list. I'll stick with one weight and will do three straight sets. 

Seated Cable Rows

For the fifth exercise, I'll do three drop sets. 

Lat Pulldowns

And then I'll do lat pulldowns for three drop sets. 

In total, I'll be doing 15 sets for upper-back and three sets for lower back, possibly six if I throw in another lower-back exercise. This workout may change but that is what my workout will most likely consist of. Sometimes machines are in use or I make last minute tweaks!
