Good advice m8, I like to take the approach where I go about 75% on some exersises, 50% on others and 25% on the rest and alternate each week lifting heavier on different exercises. I could easily do more but your right you just burn out in the end. Although I have been training a bit harder than usual the last few weeks coz I want to get back to where I was before my 6 month break
