RE: M/35/6'0" [168 > 176 = +8lbs] (a half year) Bottomed out at 168 lbs (from 195 lbs) and have been gradually developing back while proceeding to drop my BF% from 19% to 16%. The facial hair likely records for 1/2 the weight pick up.
