It's okay if you feel pain after the workout and that the result of Delayed Onset Muscle Soreness or DOMS. But if you feel so much pain, you better consult a doctor and get a rest. Don't think it was cool to follow the quote "No Pain No Gain" if you're the one who suffer the most. Still in pain to continue workout will results the bad form, you can't focus at all and cause injuries. Don't be so pussy to quit? It's not a pussy to get a rest and you don't quit at all, it totally different thing. It because you care and love your body and you don't want to spend a lot of money for medic.

Please remember this, PUSH TO YOUR LIMIT, NOT OVER! Take care of yourself and the result will come.

Thanks for sharing, recovery is key and having a close mind muscle connection during exercise is most important. Many people need to check their ego at the door and be kinder to themselves. Having to lift lighter or modify an exercise is not a sign of weakness, it is the smart way to train without unnecessary injury.

Absolutely correct. Know our body and only push when we're able to. Thanks for dropping by, cheers
