Daily challenge completed... How many reps? Hell knows. Let's count.

At 11:30 am I decided to go for a walk with my dog. The walking took us together 3hours.

We found an interesting tree.

Later on, I did my training:

2 Position Clean
Power Jerk+Jerk
Clean Deadlift
Front Squats

Total 315 reps

In the evening I and my dog decided to go for another hour for a walk. My dog was not very excited to go:) LOL
And this is how we became a superdogs, sorry superhumans. Sorry again, my dog is a dog and I am an alien.
I am confused, no worries time to add to my daily meal some dog food. lol.
