Squats in work boots. Makes perfect sense!!

Is that ammunition there to motivate people?

Training straight after work. Work shoes the best training option for squats and deadlifts. No needed to buy sports shoes. But if you want to keep your personal trainer conscious, make sure the shoes stay on your feet :)
