The Best Push-up Variations In My Opinion!
Push-ups are a great way to start out on your fitness journey. They are pretty easy and there are hundreds of different variations to it. Today I will teach you a few other types of push-ups for beginners, intermediate level people and for the expert level.
Beginner
#1. Knee Push-up: Push-up from your knees
#2. Regular Push-up: Normal Push-up
#3. Crunch Push-up: Do a push-up and then roll over and do a crunch.
#4. Incline Push-up: Push-up done from a partly standing position
Intermediate
#1. One legged Push-up: Push-up done with one leg high in the air
#2. Archer Push-up: Push-up done with your arms very far apart. Go towards one arm when performing the exercise.
#3. Spider man Push-up: Do this push-up by bringing a knee towards one of your arms.
#4. Wall Push-up: The wall push-up is done by planting one arm on the wall while the other does a one arm push-up.
Expert
#1. Handstand Push-up: Push-up performed while doing a handstand.
#2. Decline Push-up: Do a push-up with your hands lower than your feet.
#3. Prayer Push-up: Put your hands together and do a push-up on just your hand. (Put your feet in the air
#4. One Arm Push-up: Regular push-up on one arm.
