aint that the truth. The past 10 days or so i woke up convinced I was going to go to the gym and I still haven't done it.

it gets easier once you go a couple times in a row. you gotta find a way to make it part of your daily routine. One thing I did to motivate myself was that I would never look at FB or IG unless i was in the gym. While I wouldn't say that was a strong motivator for me since I am not really addicted to either of those things, it did give the time at the gym another purpose other than simply lifting weights
