It was a rainy windy evening but I was inside sweating from my workout. This was a heavy workout at least by my standards. It was a fully body workout featuring 5 exercises.
Overhead Press
22.5 lbs 5, 5 (warm up)
32.5 lbs 8, 6, 5

One Arm Dumbbell Row
47.5 lbs

Lunges holding 12.5 lb dumbbells

Curls
22.5 lbs
Alternating hammer curls 12
Alternating regular curls 11

Workout time: 1 hour, 15 minutes
Total reps in workout: 29 + 38 + 37 + 30 + 45 = 179
