15, 12, 12 reps (using 22.5 lbs dumbbells)

Pushups
This workout I decided to do old fashioned pushups on my hands rather than using pushup bars. I did them 1 second down 1 second up and went down until my chest barely grazed the floor. I found them to be a bit easier than the pushups I do using pushup bars. I was able to do 10 sets of 10 reps in 11 minutes.
