Basic Workout - pullups and pushups (213 reps)
Pullups/Chinups
10 neutral grip pull-ups (warm up)

Weighted 10 lb. plate neutral grip pullups 10, 8, 7
Weighted 10 lb. plate chinups 8, 7, 6
<- total of 46 reps
Tandem grip 11 right, 7 left
8 right, 7 left
<- total of 33 reps
Narrow grip chinups 9, 8, 7
<- total of 24 reps
Total pull-ups/chin-ups: 10 + 46 + 33 + 24 = 113 total reps
Push ups
My goal was to do 100 pushups as quickly as possible starting out by doing sets of 10. After the first five sets I started reaching failure before reaching 10. The pushups took 15 minutes. Note: I do my pushups 1 second down and 1 second up using pushup stands.
10, 10, 10, 10, 10, 8, 8, 8, 8, 8, 5, 5 <- 100 total reps
Totals for the day:
Working out time: 1 hour.
Total reps: 113 pullups/chinups + 100 pushups = 213 total reps
