Evening Swift Walk of 8K

This morning because of school, I was late already, so I had to run to school and not able to do my swift walk in the morning. So right after school, I made it a point to do my exercise first and get it done. I got to finish the swift walk of 8K in 40 minutes Quite good. Another good day of exercise.
