Welcome to Masters Monday

WHY SWIMMING ?

  1. It replaces dead brain cells
  2. Reduces impact on the joints
  3. Reduces risk of heart disease
  4. Builds abdominal, arm and leg strength
  5. Builds lung power

Equipment needed:

  • Pace Clock
  • Pull Bouy
  • Kickboard
  • WATER bottle
    -hydration is important
  • Goggles
  • Swim cap

As a trainer I believe that your core is the most important part of your body to keep strong. As a swimmer I believe that kicks are key. In Masters Monday we do some pulls to recover the legs but now it's time to sprint, kick and get your heart rate up.

Workouts are based on a 25 yard pool
