Tuesday Workout + Tahini Breakfast :)

Good Morning!

howdie guys,
Kicking off another sunny and beautiful Tuesday morning the right way .. workout and a tasty breakfast :)
As we did a boxing workout yesterday (in case you missed it check it out here), so today's choice was bound to be a bit different. So I opted to go for one of ma favorites: Zumba 💪💪💪

The Workout

Being a big fan of Popsugar, I went straight for one of their Zumba classes, the 20 minute Strong By Zumba Full Workout session.
And while it's only 20 minutes, it is one of my favorites: The music is fantastic, moves are fun, suitable even for beginners, ... and will you be sweating!
And as I always advise you with this workout, don't forget to bring your virtual katana :D

The Breakfast

Today's choice of a breakfast is as usual, the yoghurt filled Arabic bread sandwich with olives, chia seeds, and I wanted to try a different ingredient so I added goggi berries to the sandwich. That was a GOOD call! The taste was sweetened a bit and it was different, in a positive way.

I did say in the title that there is Tahini in the breakfast. Yea it's been a while I haven't had it for breakfast, so made a quick 2 pieces of toast with a mix of tahini and carob molass. Now that was extraordinary, as always !

Very intresting way of workingout. This as given an Idea of bulding a gym in uganda where people can workout with fan.

This is a wonderful series for a long time and I am looking for such exercises ... wonderful article I will continue to follow you
