Easy Protein Pancake...
Hello,
Today i made a protein pancake for breakfast!
Ingredients:
1 egg
1 banana
1 scoop whey protein
We melt the banana with a fork...
We add the egg and the protein powder and we start mixing...
We place the mix on a non-stick frying pan...
We wait for 2-3 minutes and then turn the mix to the other side...
We wait again for 1-2 minutes and it's ready!...
