No excuse!

To say "I workout" or "I go to gym" became a trend. As we all are followers in todays life this also became popular.
But this isn't bad as some other things so thumbs up if you workout because you want to and have a desire to or you are a follower.
Whatever, you exercise and you contribute to yourself.

Fitness studios and gyms are full of people now when a summer is about 4 months away, there are a lot of crowd, many excersise machines are taken, there is always someone on the mat and we give money for bein there.
It is not wonder some of us get mad and quit after few days/week and get back to the couch.
What happenes again? Failure! That happens. Another failure.
We are aware of this and have guilty conscience.

Wake up!

Movement is good for a healthy organism and establishing a balance in life. If you are not happy by going to gym, whatever the reason, you need alternative.
Do your training at your home, alone, without nyone around you, without crowd and lines.

EQUIPMENT? - Did you know that training with own weight creates awareness of our own body because we have to concentrate on ourselves?
Yes, That's right! And trust me, for example, elastic bands can give you sore muscles.
All you need are sneakers, which you probably have, some clothes and a mat.

How to motivate yourself?

One of the benefit is you can do training whenever you want. Morning, evening.. It doesn't matter. As long as you do it!
Often that is a problem, you are free too choose and in those situations you often choose couch intsted of mat.
But you always can plan your workouts, for example 3 times a week (monday-wednesday-friday) can be a training day for you. That's the way you won't loose your motivation.
If there's some days you are bored to train a lone, you can invite friend, family and that's one more reason to not quit when you're tired or demotivated.

If you don't have inspiration for training, there are a lot of online videos.
There are dance workouts, aerobic, zumba, pilates, tabata, t25 by Shaun T, fitness with Jilian Michaels.
You choose!

Everyday is a good day to start if you haven't already.
Don't think now it's too late cuz summer is almost here.
Be satisfied in your body through the whole year and not only those 10 days when you're at the beach.
