Awesome fitness app that seriously helps you make that transformation

I am really excited about this new fitness app I started using call Fit Plan.

FitPlan allows you too:
Train with the worlds top trainers
Build muscle
Lose fat

This is also achievable for free (single workots) or monthly, quarterly, or annual rates that much cheaper than personal trainers (around $9.99 a month)

What I like most about the app is that the trainers are successful fitness pros and they show you what they ACTUALLY DO. I hate running in circles with fitness philosophies and this will ensure that get a real work out instead of a click bait workout or a workout that only works for steroid users.

All the trainers on the app all claim to be "natty athletes" which means they don't do steroids. Some of my favorites and most popular trainers on the app are:

Jeff Sied:

Marqise Lee:

As you can see, understanding these athelete's workout secrets are very critical to you reaching your fitness goals. You get the best tried and true methods of what actually works. Im currently 1 week in and soar all over. I'll be posting progress pics on steemit profile:

They have a great calendar function to keep you on track. You can drill into each day to see what body parts you're training so you know what you're doing each day.

If you miss a day it will adjust for you automatically in real time. They also record how long you work out, and your progress across your plan.

My favorite part about this app is that you can instantly record your weight and reps of each exercise AND watch a demonstration of the exercise:

Whenever I have achieved a fitness goal, I always had a strong plan with excel sheets that I had to fill in. This included all my exercises, rep ranges, and weight used. It was a lot to keep track of. Fitplan simplifies the process and minimizes what I have to bring to the gym since the apps on my phone.

Being a certified personal trainer myself, I am very impressed with this app and bought the yearly membership. I've always wanted to make a big bodybuilding transformation but I've never come close. I believe this app will give me all the resources I need in one place to get the job done! I've had multiple injuries and surgeries that prevent me from doing certain lifts, but I adapt and post my progress pics on my profile:

Thanks. It's certainly the best fitness app I've ever used. It's a real time saver and cost a small fraction of what personal trainer's charge and delivers almost all the benefits of one. It's really easy to go back and see what you squatted or deadlifted in your previous workouts. The calendar function really helps to keep me on track too. I needed something new like this since I've been in a little fitness slump. its awesome lol. I'm excited to post my progress.
