Great post!

I'm a personal trainer & I see way too much misinformation regarding diet and training all over the web these days.

We don't have to beat ourselves up, just watch our diet and do some exercise. Start off with the easy stuff and build up to any goals slowly.

I agree with everything you wrote.

I'll resteem it now and upvote it tomorrow when my steem power regenerates.
