I've really got to get some sexier graphics sorted, most of my pics look like ads for torture devices.

Turkish Get Ups and grip training

Warmup

10 minutes Nunchaku practice (this was imagined as the Nuchaku is illegal here in the nanny state- so I just used imaginary nunchucks that I imagined I'd made ;)
FTW squats
Commando rocking
Butterfly hip flows

16kg - 1R, 1L, 20kg 1R, 1L, 24kg 1R, 1L, 28kg 1R, 1L, 32kg 1R, 1L

Grip training

Vertical grip pullup handle skin the cat - 8 reps
Vertical grip pullup handle pullups - 8 reps
Fat vertical grip pullups - 4, 3, 2 reps
Wrist wrench bar alt grip pullups - 5, 3, 3 reps
Fat wrist wrench bar Australian pullups - 4, 2, 2 reps
Revolving sleeve pullups - 6, 6, 5 reps + 8kg
Fat bar revolving sleeve pullups - 4, 2, 2 reps
Wrist wrench one hand deadlift - 32kg 1, 1, 1
Fat wrist wrench one hand deadlift - 24 kg - 2, 1, 1
One arm bar hang - 42 , 37, 32 seconds
Fingertip pushups - 12, 11, 9 reps

121 reps total

I really like the picture of the balls they look like they would be good for some stress relief. Where did you get them?

I got them from a book shop about 15 years ago.

They're supposed to stimulate energy meridians and promote good health but I'm not really sold on that aspect. They are an excellent way to relieve tension in muscles and tendons though.

I use them mostly for prehab/rehab to relieve the tension that accumulates in my hands and elbows from lifting weights.
