Each and every Food got its own ratio of Macros its made of!
1g Protein = 4 Calories
1g Carbohydrates = 4 Calories
1g Fat = 9 Calories
1g Alocohol = 7 Calories
All those 4 Macros combined equals the Amount of Calories a Food has.
Each Macro has its need and utility in our Body, no one is fundamentally bad! 💡
Just like building a House! 🏡
You need a certain Amount of Concrete, Bricks, Mortar and Insulation. 🔨
If you have twice as much Concrete as needed, but no Insulation - it aint the Optimum.. 💯
