I wanted to share with you a choreography we did at "broken doll studio". It is a choreography we learned in an hour so it is not that much sychronised but I think it is an good try :)

Χαχαχαχα.. όπως κάθε άθλημα έτσι και το Pole dance θέλει τον χρόνο του για να εξελιχθείς, υπάρχουν πολλά επίπεδα.. αυτο σίγουρα δεν είναι το πιο χαμηλό οπότε ίσως έχεις δίκιο για κάποιο αρχάριο χαχαχ!

Έ, ότι δεν είστε αρχάριες φαίνεται καθαρά.
Φυσικα, υπαρχουν διαφοροι διαγωνισμοι που γινονται καθε χρονο σε καθε χωρα! Επισης φετος εγινε το πρωτο παγκοσμιο πρωταθλημα pole dance, μιας και τα επομενα χρονια συζητιεται ωστε να γινει ολυμπιακο αθλημα! :)
