Hello everyone, hope you are trying all the fitness exercise I'm giving. I'm sharing post on ways to increase muscle without lifting weight or visiting the gym.
You don't need to visit the gym before workout or looking for gym, fancy equipment to get your muscle big and is not most you visit the gym before you can do effective workout, but you can get the result by using your own body weight, it just take little workout routine. Here are five(5) workout exercise that will build your muscle and looking great in no time.
FIVE(5) TYPES OF WORKOUT YOU NEED
Warm up is important before workout. Jogging or walking only for twenty(20) minutes.

Squat 30reps per set, 5 sets.

Sumo squat 30reps per set, 5 sets.

lunges 20reps per set, 5 sets.

Flat push-up 20reps per set, 3 sets.
