One Yeti's Perspective #214: More Fitness Excuses

Day after day I hear more "reasons" why people are not doing anything to help themselves physically. Part of balance is developing out minds AND our bodies.

One of my favorite things is to think through a situation and find the excuse that prevents things from happening. I love to shine light on the excuse and help everyone work through it.

I witnessed something last night that gives me hope for fitness. Most people use an excuse of over the hill to validate poor health. I witnessed my 64 year old father in law kick up into a handstand. Life is absolutely what we make it. I hope you make it something you love.
