Heres the routine I followed today,

Dynamic Warm-up -

Skipping ropes - 20
Jumping Jacks - 20
HH Squats - 15
Hip Raises - 10
Shoulder Bridge leg raises - 5 per leg
Windmill Forward & Reverse
