**Wednesday Workouts** - ARMS

Good Afternoon Steemians,

All is well on this Wednesday because it is arm day. Time to get that pump!

Below are some arm exercises to get you that arm pump we all love.

  • Dumbbell Alternate Bicep Curl. 4 sets, 8-12 reps. ( 1 warm-up set)
  • Triceps Pushdown. 3 sets, 15 reps. ( 1 warm-up set)
  • Close-Grip Barbell Bench Press. 3 sets, 6-8 reps.
  • Barbell Curl. 3 sets, 4-6 reps.
  • Cable Rope Overhead Triceps Extension. 3 sets, 8-12 reps.
  • Lying Triceps Press, 3 sets of 8-10
  • Standing Biceps Cable Curl, till failure
  • Cable wrist curl, till failure

After this workout, your biceps, triceps, and forearms will be blasted.
