 Day 12 Exercise: Plank


The Plank is an incredibly easy exercise to perform that works your abdominal muscles.  To perform this exercise, simple position your body straight over the floor up on your toes and elbows, and hold the position for as long as possible.  You'll have to engage your core muscles to keep your body straight and will definitely feel your muscles burning if you make it to the 1 minute mark!

 I'll be presenting 1 exercise a day for the next 50 days as part of my personal challenge to get in "Wedding Shape" this year and as part promoting of my side business, See & Be Fitness.All of the exercises will be body weight and free weight exercises, so no need for fancy equipment or machines.Here are the prior posts:
