Day 13 Exercise: Hip Thrusts
Hip Thrusts are great for working your butt (glutes) as well as your core, back, and to a lesser extent your legs. With your back on the floor, knees bent with your feet planted firmly, thrust your hips upward. While doing this, engage your glutes and core muscles. Repeat this 10-20 times for 3 sets and you'll certainly feel your muscles start to burn.
