Those cold pressed juices are the BOMB.. I first had them like last year at Bal Harbour -- been addicted ever since.

One reason cold pressed is better (and more expensive is) the amount of produce squeezed into one bottle. For example, most bottles boasts about six pounds of produce for every 16-ounce bottle.

Cold-pressed juice companies use thousands of pounds of pressure to squeeze juice from their produce, and often then preserve the ingredients through a method called high pressure processing (or HPP) - approximately seven TONS of pressure to extract every drop of goodness from the fruits (and veggies).

Cold-pressed juice contains a whole lot of produce compared to standard juices. Using better quality, organic and raw. The "JugoFresh" juice at whole foods is pretty good too.
