Cannonball Squats!

Build tree-trunk thighs with cannonball squats 💥

I’m a big believer in two things: squats and more squats. The reasons are simple:

1️ They build a great booty. And who doesn’t want one of those?

2️ They build full body strength. Once your legs get stronger, your upper body has practically no choice but to tag along for the ride

3️ Everyone hates them, so unless you wanna look and perform like everyone else, you might want to do what they won’t, hmm?

Here’s a variation you may have never tried. They’re called cannonball squats (likely because you end up in the cannonball position when you jump into a pool to splash your unsuspecting friends)

They put a ton of strength in your twig-like legs so you can grow them into tree trunks. Plus, they promote good mobility in all the joints of the lower body (and especially in the ankles) and can provide a dynamite workout with a relatively light weight. They are also a great drill to perfect before working on pistols - the ultimate in anytime/anywhere bodyweight leg strength.
