Workout - 8/18/2018
"This is the big one!"
My college swim coach used to say that all the time before our meets, and he has such a distinct voice (that we all mimic - with love, of course!) that it's still his voice in my head whenever I hear this phrase :) sharing this workout with you reminded me of that and made me smile!
Anyway, on Saturdays we like to take advantage of the extra freedom we have and get a fun, super challenging, longer format workout in - for our clients and for ourselves! We alway find that we feel really good after one of these workouts, and we appreciate the relaxation and fun stuff we get to do during our weekend that much more.
So here it is, and I hope you give it a try!
If you are unfamiliar with a movement, click the name of the movement and a video demo will start!

wow, this is one hell of a workout... perfect timing as i was looking for something to do tonight!
Excelent workout! also those movements can be done with a timer to make an intense HiiT workout :)
Absolutely! For the other six days of the week I usually have my clients do HIIT workouts but on Saturday we do a longer burner to change it up :)
day by day i am getting fat. How can i lose my fatty.😭
I doubt that haha but doing stuff like this is a good start!
oooh sounds like a great workout! well except for the 600m runs...lol kidding. I like how they are all body weight calisthenics type exercises, you don't need to pay some fancy gym to get a good workout! :)
Hahaha you are right though! The 600m runs are the worst!
And I totally agree about the fancy gyms. Sure, there are benefits of traditional gym but you can get a great workout anywhere!
Thanks for reading :)
hahaha even though I ran track in High School. The 400 800 and Mile relay, and the 200. they were all killers, except the 200 wasn't too bad. lol I was never really good though, I just ran track because cute girls were on the team. Although my family was a family of track stars. I was the slowest out of all of them, lol I didn't train much. haha
Hello @annemariemay,
After reading this it feels like it a very heavy work out and it really needs energy to complete this but everyone knows that it is beneficial for health.

Circuit training at its finest.
Looks tough! I like that you mention you can appreciate the rest of your day off/weekend after a challenging workout.
I feel the same, it really gives you an appreciation for relaxation.
Thanks!
Thank you! and it really does! Doing a workout like the one above kicks my ass!
Relaxing after your muscle are fatigued is the best feeling :)
AMRAP could also stand for Anne Marie Rocks As Power lol
Seriously great workout ! :)
