HOW TO LOSE BELLY FAT

When you want to lose fat, it’s impossible to lose fat in only one place on your body, but there are some strategies we can use to make abdominal fat loss even more effective.

The first thing we have to know is that doing a lot of crunches every day without changing diet and habits is not enough! Abdominal fat responds 70% to food.

• Sleep enough! you can’t imagine how important it’s to rest and recover from training. It’s also good to practice activities that relax you, such as dancing, doing yoga, or whatever relaxes you.

• Watch What You Eat! Remember that you should not remove the carbohydrate, we just need to know how to choose the right, which are natural and high in fiber, and also eat lots of vegetables. It is also very important to combine them with protein, the protein should be included in most meals if you want to lose fat.

• Drink a lot of water! This controls appetite, improves training performance and helps to burn fat much more efficiently.

• Discipline! define a goal and make a plan to follow, when you reach the goal will be much easier to keep, but if you have not yet reached the goal you must be focused, leave the excuses and structure your meals, control the quantities, but without going hungry! Just know how to choose the ideal meals.

• Exercise! This is essential, especially if you want to lose abdominal fat which is the most difficult to eliminate. Exercise helps speed up metabolism and in turn burn calories. (Soon publish routines I do).

• Take green tea! This drink is high in antioxidants, as it is diuretic helps with fluid retention and with the loss of fat, so it is super beneficial for health.

• Apple cider vinegar! I know it tastes horrible, but it has many health benefits and also improves the appearance of hair and skin. You can take a shot in the morning and then you drink a glass of water to remove the flavor, another option is to add it to your salads, or pour some apple cider vinegar in a jug of water and drink it during the day, as you prefer.

(These last two tips aren’t essential but I put them here because help a lot)

• Finally, abs! Abdominal exercise is important to strengthen but it isn’t the most important thing, because you can have super strong abdominals but if you don’t eat well, don’t rest, don’t drink enough water, then your abs will not look, they'll be hiding behind a wall of fat. You can do crunches day in and day out, but remember that 70% is food and habits.

If you don’t see changes quickly don’t be disappointed, being constant and staying focused on the goal is vital to achieve it!
