Not Your Typical Motivational Rant

naturally I'm here to post a really gym jabroni post, my goal is to be a motivating fitness person but generally I'm sure you'll be able to hear the sarcasm dripping from most anything I post. I'll tell you why... because i believe in hard work and living a healthy lifestyle but I dislike the culture that it has become on platforms like Instagram where girls feel very much inclined to pretend they work hard but in reality do three reps for a 30 second Instagram video and they make MILLIONS of dollars off of it where as someone like myself lives and breaths the gym and boxing and I'm sitting here at my 9 to 5 writing a blog post, wishing i was being jetted to some silly Instagram model retreat to take some dumb vacation pictures. in conclusion, hard work is important and just because you're not receiving the proper credit it doesn't mean what you're doing isn't important. {end sarcastic/cynical motivational speech}
