i feel i need to post

just simple blog
being skilled is one thing finding people or companys that appreciate your skills is another, we now live in a world where everybody wants to make the most money, i guess this is a big fish little fish story.
being a welder its a hard life not everyone can do the job us welders do as its a skill a talent learnt over time and lots of hours practice you could say we are artists in our own right, just because we dont need to go to university for 5 years to get a masters degree we are looked at as minions dumb folk most of the time
Question does this mean we should be paid a minimum wage!!!!!!!!!!!!!
see all theese people with the master degrees who look down on us remember this you need us just as much well more than you think why you ask???????
because think about it you lot might design it but you also need someone to build it make it.
This part is the big butt!!!!!!! because so much time and money has usually gone into the design as the boys at the desks are getting paid a shed load of money, when it come to the point it has to be made usually theres not much money let in the pot
hence we are asked to build,make,fabricate it etc you boys in the shirts and tie want to build it for the least pennies as possible ie to make the most profit and pay us people as little as you can.
Where am i going with this you may ask whats my point??????????
answer = Follow this practice over a few generations being able to find people to physically do the manual work is going to diminish exponentially therefore the loss of skills and knowledge is just going to vanish
if everyone goes to uni to do the design side because it pays more MONEY!!!!!!! we are all going to be fucked and people this is just the way its going.
money is just numbers a commodity a way to make people do things greed is killing of physical knowledge vital skills are being lost.
This is a shout out to investors you have the commodity the powers to change this situation cause if you dont its going to bite you people in the ass you will have all the commodity's in the world and nobody to do the work to great standard of whats expected and the people who have the skills and the talent will beholding you to ransom and you will be over paying dearly.
moral of this is look after the little man a bit more you need us more than you think.
