Daily Movie Recommendation,Genre- Sci-Fi
Hello again dear friends and steemians, the movie recommendation for today is District 9 (2009) , directed by Neill Blomkamp who made also Elysium (2013) and Chappie (2015), movies that they didn't impress me as he did District 9 where you could realize that the movie was not made just to sold cinema tickets but also to impress the audience, who did not have the chance to see a good Sci-Fi movie lately .
Is the director's first film but also the best and I hope to see something like this in the years to come, being a genre where you need a lot of imagination and it's very hard to satisfy the audience who is rushed to see something new, but who is very prepared to criticize anything too.
Let's get started and see why I liked this movie so much and I'll explain a few things about it.
I really liked how this movie was shot which I can compare to a documentary being a very unique style which at first did not amaze me but slowly slowly he caught my attention.
The action takes place in Johannesburg (South Africa) where 20 years ago an alien spaceship stopped and its doors were not opened for 3 months after which aliens descended and they were very undernourished also the government then set up a help group who began to carry extraterrestrials to a temporary camp located just below the ship and their number reached one million and from a temporary detention area has become obstructed.
Public pressure has forced the government to move aliens outside of the city Johannesburg and the MNU calls Wikus Van De Merwe as field officer to take over the order to move 1.8 million aliens drom district 9 at 200 kilometers from the city.
I liked the idea of the movie, some action scenes, as the main actor played and it was enough to make me appreciate it being another kind of Sci-Fi movie who managed to impress a lot of people.
I recommend this movie and I'm curious about your opinions , also don't forget to request the movie genre which you like to be recommended for tomorrow.
