Thank you for a great post. But you are wrong about the paycheck, that's actually what new actors get paid for superhero movies. Chris Hemsworth got $200,000 for the first Thor movie Chris Evans got $300,000 for the first Captain America. RDJ is different because he is not a new actor, he was in low in his career, but he nominated for an Oscar. It was a clickbait story that clearly got a lot of clicks.
Wonder Woman was not a perfect movie, but what also worked for her that is what just a terrible summer box office season, just terrible movie one after the other. But I must admit I loved the movie despite the not good third act and villain. I just waited for a good female superhero so long and she was all I wanted, something between Thor and Captain America.
But she'll get 300 000 $ for the next two movies too
Don't worry about it. It's all very vague it says that she's sign for 3 movies with that pay, but Justice League is two movies, so I'm not sure how that works. Plus, she's already signed for Flashpoint which is one more movie outisde of this deal. and WB is very loyal to its stars so I sure that she got a nice bit fat bonus and was asked not to tell, it's something very common in Hollywood that stars get bonuses when movies do well unexpectedly and are rewarded for it.
Long story sort, she has four movies coming up, I'm sure she'll do great and make serious money in no time. Plus back end participation. Gal Gadot strikes she as a woman who knows how to take care of herself plus has a great management team.
