In the near future, the US government instituted the Night of Crime, an event where the killings are allowed for citizens to release their violent instincts. Missing a few hours for the start of this bloody holiday, five people are in the streets: the young couple Shane and Liz, who can not return home because the car stopped working; the waitress Eva and her teenage daughter, kidnapped in his own apartment by wild neighbors, and Sergeant, a mysterious man who takes to the streets seeking revenge. Although they are very different, they try to survive together twelve hours of barbarism.
