Stepping Out
Levi was quite the stepper. It seemed as if we could dance together forever. He serenaded me until I said yes to marriage. "Yes." We moved better on the dance floor than through the trials of our relationship. Levi left me with two-year-old twins and his chocolate colored dance shoes.
I hope you enjoyed this 50-word short story that I penned using the word prompt for this week “chocolate” created by @jayna in the #fiftywordswriting challenge.

Nice! Unique use of the word prompt! (^_^)
Quite a bummer! Great story.
Some relations are meant to work only at certain spheres(?). Marriage is a challenger not many are capable of standing, not even when there are kids involved. Some (men and women) suffer from "arrested development". Their bodies grow, but their minds remain childish and playful. Responsibility is as good as death for them.
So true. Thanks for reading.
This is a bittersweet story, @pyemoney. (Like one type of chocolate!)
True.
Oh. Sad. Is that the beginning of a monologue?
