Candy Red: A 50-Word Short Story

She was fast, hot, and commanded everyone’s attention. We had been together ten years.
The day the accident occurred, I lost my leg and was left by the roadside inconsolable.
Hobbling, I visited Candy Red at the repair shop to find her painted an awful shade of orange. I died!
