John: Water. I'm thirsty
Bedouin: You must buy this tie first.
John: I have no money, I need water
Bedouin barked three more times, john didn't pay attention and kept walking
6 hours later, John found a tent and a sign:
Free drinks only if you wear a tie
Life is ironic!

You know. It happens sometimes. We are blind to life signals or warnings
Now that's an interesting perspective! I had not thought of it as the moral of the story.

I like that dialogue format! Of course in Vienna it's not essential to survive, more a question of to which society you wanna belong to: you won't get into some restaurants without a tie. To serve you a glass of water though is protected by law in Austria. Btw, I love ties, too :D

Well, no offense, there is a saying here in my country when a girl is kind of an easy girl: She's like a glass of water. It is denied to nobody.
