3 50 word shorts: Gunslinger Wave, Prideful Mountain No More, A different of Lunch
I always loved doing a weekly or even daily 50 word short stories. A while back I found out @miniature-tiger was bringing back the trend. I had intended of doing a few by now but never got around to it. Until today and thus I’ve done 3 in 1 post.
Gunslinger Wave
Daylight peaks over the horizon as its due time to settle a score that was started in darkness of demons. Still, in a drunken stupor, they take paces. The clock shrieks the old fashioned hand wave is given. Go to the victory the spoils of lady’s heart of the evening.
Prideful Mountain No More
A mountain once stood proud and untouched by man’s corrupt hands. Deer jumped and birds chirp in glee. Undenounced to the Mountain, modern era horrors of logging by greedy mankind. They burned, slashed, and murder the Mountain’s pride as it shook and erupted in terror-- never again the same.
A different of Lunch
The happy mice collect all the bread crumbs they could without malice for lunch. They were unaware of the mangy black cat waiting around praying for their generosity. When they stumbled upon the creature they offered to share their luck but to no avail. They instead became the main course.
