Your dialogue is spot on to interweave these characters tightly as you have stated before. I found myself laughing at the frivolity and high school crush stages of these girls and their infatuations over the hottest guys, haha funny stuff and quite genuine. You certainly capture each scene with gripping ease. I am especially interested in how the shadow men and the supernatural comes into play since I have experienced this demonic phenomenon first hand as well. I agree. Though of course there will be some things in there that are not from experience, lol. Fiction is extrapolation after all. But my characters are very real to me, many of them are based pretty strongly on people I know which makes it easier.
I had to research the definition of extrapolation before responding lol yes I agree, not everything has to be from experience but it definitely enhances the details in your writing.
Lol. Actually, reading books are the reason I have an extensive vocabulary. I always look up words I stumble across but don't know the meaning for ;)
