I knew Jack had a soft spot, he only has good intentions for his boys and has the experience to back up what he knows, especially with living such a hard and lonely life in their field of demon slaying. It's way too risky, but Anna can hold her own as she gains her own experience. Wonderful chapter my friend. Nice back info on the demon portals as well, I am already looking forward to the second novel. I feel like you're gonna go full force after all the setups are in place!
