for the 3 chaps , yeah reading takes time it would take up to 15 minutes :D I guess we have to lie to get views :D people like being lied to what do you think ?
I did not lie. Lol. I can read part three in 2-3 minutes easy, but I'm a quick reader, so I put 4.
I want the number to be as low as possible so that people feel they have the patience to read it, hence why I am making these parts shorter than my usual stuff that largely goes unread.
If I was going to lie, I would have put 2, or 1 minute, because then a lot more people who seen the title would be willing to check it out.
If you are referring to the length of the entire piece, then you are misreading the title. It clearly states that this is part three and the read time is 4 minutes(at the very most). The first two parts are simply added to this post so that anyone who has yet to read those parts can do so before reading part three. They too, on their original posts, have read times in the title.
I know I read it all in that time :D I know what you mean, still others tend to be mislead by themselves, 4 mins in the title to 90% of people means 4 mins for the post. :D I did that once read my post in 4 minutes, the 5th time mega hyped just to get the music on time, it was awesome, but to somebody else it would have taken at least 10-15 minutes. It's not a problem anyway only people that read will open the post and they will read it anyway, so it's not a big deal It's clearly stated what you mean. I just went through the story because I wanted to challenge myself and see the time, it was more of a joke to you :D so don't take it so seriously or the blockchain will hear you and we will both have to answer for misbehavior :D
It's alright. I was not offended by the either of the assertions.. But, I did feel it necessary to explain myself. I loathe to be painted as a liar, especially with what I am trying to achieve for Steemit at the moment. I don't need my name dragged through the mud without warrant.
