Wow. Brought me to tears for sure. I have family in a rural region of Spain, and have never heard of this happening. :( Thankfully it is not everywhere, but until it doesn't happen anywhere, it is too much.
Thank you for your kind comment. It doesn't happen all over Spain, as far as I understand it. And it is slowly getting better.
