That's so good! We're all going to face hard times, but if we can endure we can rise from it even higher than we were before. Like the bird, if we steel ourselves to the storms, when we make it through we'll be tougher than we were, and more confident, and sometimes, we even get promotion from being willing to do what no one else would...like stay out in a storm and claim the highest branches.

Exactly, i think that's one of the concepts. As everyone is inside, it's easier to maximize on everything and there is no competition whatsoever.
Exactly. If everyone else is hiding inside there's less competition. It gives you a chance to get in position so when the sun comes out, you're able to capture market share/branch placement/business location/whatever. You were there so you got to choose first.
