Well At Least the Beer Still Flows

Things are getting bad in Particland. That tiny little king is leading an uprising by targeting the poor, and seemingly attempting to start a war with Waverndia. Waverndia is across the West River. It's really no different than Particland, except maybe cleaner. The people are nicer, especially compared to now.
