It depends on your tastes. Are you more into horror, or do you like a bit more outlandish? The Bizarro fiction crowd tends to get a bit perverse, but if you're totally into the outlandish, then I'd recommend Washer Mouth by Kevin L. Donihe. It's not as perverse as some of the other Bizarro stuff, but it's weird. Another good one is Pickled Apocalypse of Pancake Island, a love story between a pancake and a pickle.

If you like speculative fiction, I've edited several multi-author fiction anthologies with Biblical Themes. Look for Biblical Legends anthology series on Amazon - "Sulfurings," stories based on Sodom & Gomorrah, "Garden of Eden," and "Deluge," based on the Great Flood. Some of the stories aren't really weird, but some get into the weird quite easily. It's all speculative, and very easy reading. Here's the first book, "Garden of Eden":

Otherwise, you can check out anything by HP Lovecraft. He's fairly easy to read, but in my opinion, isn't a great writer. His stories are weird, however. Jeff VanderMeer is awesome for the New Weird category, and very scientific, but pretty weird. I hope this helps.

I almost forgot @khimgoh. You can start with this one. It's super easy to read and kind of light fare, but still weird enough to give you a taste.
