When I read the title, it gave me a feeling this was going to be Judge Dredd-like. Suffice to say, I wasn't disappointed. Judge, Jury and Executioner. It's a great short tale about doling out justice the way one man sees fit. I really like the catchphrase of the rot stopping there. One would argue that rot is never stopped, but instead transferred. By ridding the world of the brothers, he has added to his own ledger and have continued a cycle of rot--the same one he's seeking to get rid off.
