The Day Tommorow Fell In love with ; Part 1

She had every right to be annoyed with her all for the reason that it was her house. “Argh!” Teju shouted as her aunt hit her on the head once again. It was becoming a daily habit for her aunt. In fact, it became a ceremonial beating celebrated everyday around 6:30 a.m with the rising sun as their moderator . Teju knelt down close to the living room door as tears rolled from her eyes, Oh! “How I wish daddy would come back from Europe quickly, I can’t stand this!’ she thought. Just then, Her aunt threw the slipper which she had used to beat Teju. It was about 6:50a.m and she had better be at work on or before it clocked seven. Teju’s aunt pushed Teju out of way, slamming the door as she walked pass. “You better had made the house sparkle before I get back!’ she yelled as she started the car.

Teju slowly changed the position of her legs from kneeling to squeezing them in corner, still weeping and almost flooding the living room with teardrops. “I can’t continue like this! There is always a reason for her to beat me every time even if I don’t give her a reason to,’ she pondered while struggling to get on her feet. She supported herself with the handle of the chair close to the living room door and crawled her way up to her feet then she slowly walked downstairs to gather the trash, she had to start the cleaning from somewhere. She took out a polythene bag to wrap the remnants of the dirt which was scattered all over the floor. Just then, a young man walking pass suddenly stopped and stared at her. He wasn’t really that much of a stranger to say because she had suspected to be the pervert peeping at her through the window the other day, she could recall what happened clearly in her head.

Two Days Ago
Teju had just finished taking her bath not too long ago but instead of her to use a towel to dry up, she hesitated and covered her body with a silky material instead. She did like the awkward feeling of her body being wet. She covered the silky piece of clothing from her breast to just before her knees. The material wasn’t too long, so her breast weren’t all covered. She whistled her favorite song out trying to dry herself with the heat from her dancing around the room. She danced her way to the window close to their neighbors balcony, she could notice someone was staring at her and she wanted to know who that was. She decided to be a little bit naughty and play along not minding the fact that she was almost naked. She stretched her neck a bit to see if she could catch a glimpse of her peeping Tom but no way, she just couldn’t so she stepped back a few steps and leaned close to the blind so she could watch and wait. “Naughty Tom doesn’t want to come out to play,” she thought while squeezing her thighs together with drops of water falling down from her blonde hair to beat her breasts and rolled down her belly button. By this time, the silky material was all wet that she was as good as a "see through" window . “play time is over,” she said as she stopped whistling. Just then, her Peeping Tom was as visible as a dancing monkey in a circus, he had had enough of the movie, he wanted to see her face clearly now with hopes of checking out how she looked without the clothing on her body but unfortunately she had put on her towel and left the room already.

End of flashback
Immediately He saw her again, he remembered. Her curves matched the saved image in his head so he had proof he had found his rare gem. On the other side, Teju didn’t quite recognize the young man but she still suspected him none-the-less. The young man waved at her before taking a step towards her. His intentions were clear to her, she knew he was interested in her from a distance, judging from his manner of approach. “Hi! I’m Harry,” he said politely, she hissed at said nothing. Harry wasn’t sure of what to say at this point now, he wasn’t sure what lines to use or what enchanting words to entice her with, his lucky charm ran into hiding the moment he fell for her. “I’m!” he stammered before keeping quiet. The whole scene then became a staring contest, both contestants were clueless about the rules but nevertheless, neither of them was willing to loose. He took a step further and was just a few inches away from her. His eyes shifted from hers and he took a glance at her lips. At this point, Teju wanted to break the silence, it was becoming unbearable and she didn’t enjoy the company of such a stranger staring at her for too long. “Mr. who ever your name is…” she yelled before her mouth engulfed in an unexpected kiss. The whole world stopped and stood for a while, there were no words to describe this moment, mixed feelings everywhere. The kiss could only last for a second before it ended with an “intensified slap”. “Are u crazy?” she yelled at him before slapping him again. “I’m sorry, I couldn’t help my lips,” he said. Teju still felt like slapping him again but her mixed emotions were all over the place, no one has ever kissed her like that, even for a second, that kiss could rest her thoughts towards him.

“I won,” he said, dropping his hands down, “I won the staring contest, you broke out first”. At this point, Teju was dumb-founded, her mixed feelings became puzzled “A state of discombobulation”. Harry looked at her lips once again to capture the image, he had to savor the moment before he took a few steps back and finally leaving with an epitome of achievement displayed on his shoulder. He had found something in her but he couldn’t tell, something he craved for over and over again.
