Recall when you always bragged about how your love for each other was real
Recall how you said this love would never end
Recall how we told you it was too good to be true
Recall how we said she had possible signs for leaving for the guy who pays more
Recall how you taunted us about how we'd die single cos we had no woman in our lives
Recall how you called us jealous

But we were just looking after our friend
We knew something wasn't right

This is isn't a love lost
It is deliverance by heartbreak

Recall the writer said it was imaginary
So it actually isn't a heartbreak
This is simply imaginary poetry.
